What are some signs of walnut poisoning? I have experienced itching, swelling and welts this past week I’ve had swollen and running eyes with swollen glands below my eyes and around my jaw.

Rob Johnstone: What ever it is that you are suffering from, I am so sorry! This does bring up the opportunity to say that some woodworkers have sensitivities (are allergic to) specific types of wood (when I work with ebony, my head gets stuffed-up). While it is not common, it can in rare cases be dangerous. If I were you, I would avoid working with walnut in the future.
