Exciting New Woodworking Schools
As some of our long-time eZine subscribers may know, from our very first issue of the eZine we have provided our readers with a serious list of woodworking schools. These schools are varied in their size, location and curriculum. If you want to learn how to build a canoe, we’ve got you covered. Build a guitar … no problem. Basic cabinetry? It is a piece of cake. Organized by location (looking for a school in Nova Scotia? Look no farther. ), the listings provide contact information, a brief description and a link to the school’s web site.
But as some eZine reader are also well aware, for almost the last year, our school page has been static with no changes or updates. There were many reasons for that static situation, but I am glad to announce today that it is no longer the case. In fact, while we have added many new schools to the listing in the last two weeks, the biggest news that I have regarding new school listings is this: our new schools page has a public form for submitting new school listings. Woodworking schools can now fill out the form and submit their information any time 24/7. And once we’ve looked it over to see if it is a proper fit for our readers, it will be up on the web in a blink of the eye.
So please accept our apologies for the long dry spell on our woodworking school web page. And now that the page is newly invigorated — take a moment or two to check it out. Who knows, it may just spur the student in you to sign up and learn something!
