My sanding table consists of a simple 1×2 frame with a vacuum connector, bottom, and 1/8” pegboard top. To support the top, I made several of the bridge-type supports as shown and placed them inside the box. The bridge tunnels allow the vacuum to evacuate dust from all areas of the box. I also attach a 1×2” strip to the box bottom so I can clamp the entire table in my folding workbench.
