For family Christmas gifts, I made four of the Segmented Wavy Curved Bowls featured in your October issue. They turned out very nicely and I’m sure that the recipients will be pleased but the process of cutting concentric circles on the scroll saw left over a relatively large piece of an interesting geometric design. I couldn’t bear to throw the pieces away so I added small open ended box from scrap cherry for use as a pen/pencil caddy.
