I removed the old grill and propane tank, and tops on the wings. I put some tape on the back side where the knobs were to hide the holes, and then painted the frame. Then I used some scrap wood I had in my shop to make it. It was very easy and was just a 2 hour job to from start to finish. The dimensions were almost perfect, so all I had to do was cut the wood to fit then attach it to the frame. I added a couple of washers under the saw mounts to make fine tune adjustments.
I used 2x8s for the tops of the wings and a couple of 2x8s to mount the saw on. Then added a piece of scrape plywood where the propane tank was for a convenient shelf on the bottom. That was it. It’s light and portable
