Thought I’d send you pictures of a hall cabinet I made a while back.
The frame is Honduras Mahogany and the veneer is Olive Ash. One of those “Honey I can make it better and cheaper than anything you can buy in the market”. I never committed on how fast. I don’t have a vac bag so all the veneering was done using cauls and MDF sheets, It went surprisingly well. I had my anxious moments as I didn’t have too much veneer if the first batch got messed up, but it turned out ok. Three years down the road and it is still sticking.
