I want to use feather boards on my table saw but the table is aluminum and has no T-slots and no flat areas on the back for clamping. Suggestions?
Michael Dresdner: I once had a similar situation that I solved by drilling a few holes in strategic spots in the table top. Think of a workbench with just a couple of bench dog holes. You can leave them as holes to drop in pegged boards, thread them with a tap, or epoxy in threaded inserts that let you screw down boards with either a standard size threaded bolt or a threaded knob. Design your feather boards to work with the holes.
