Tired of leaving a trail of glue on your workbench? Sounds like the people at FastCap, LLC were, too: they’ve invented the Glü-Bot family of dripless glue bottles.
When you squeeze the bottle, you create a vacuum in the large chamber. Then, when you release, the glue is sucked back through the tip, leaving that tip perfectly clean and open for the next use. To do your gluing, you choose between the two tip styles that accompany each bottle (a blade tip for wide beads and a Yorker style tip for narrow beads). Cut the tip to accommodate the amount of liquid you want on your surface.
This “family” of bottles includes the 16 oz. Glü-Bot ($6 retail) and the 4 oz. Babe-Bot ($4). Both sizes come empty and can be used for dispensing thinners, too. Replacement tips and caps are available. For more information visit www.fastcap.com.
