Can waterbased finish be colored with bright yellows, reds and other bright colors?

You can color it with any waterbased pigment concoction, such as artist’s acrylic colors, universal colorants, waterbased acrylic craft paints or even latex paint. Obviously, the first two are the most effective, since they are the most concentrated form of colorant you can buy.
