Need a quick way to evenly spread glue on a broad surface? Take a coarse comb, apply some duct tape to one side of the comb – about 1/16″ to 1/8″ up from the tooth ends. Apply a copious supply of glue across the work surface.
Then, with the tape side down, use the device as a glue spreader, tilting the comb to increase or decrease the glue thickness as required.
