Toy Chests
The toy boxes are made from reclaimed pine. The closets, for the American Dolls, are from some trees that were cut down and mill out at a friends place.

Log Cabin Storage Shed
This is a “Little Log Cabin” that I just finished. I’m using it to store my lumber for my projects. I made my drawings on AutoCad.

Telephone Stand and Window Cornice
Oak and Walnut telephone stand: This was my first project to use either pocket-holes or tapered legs.

I built this garden bench using Teak scrap I received from a local deck builder. The teak is oiled and waxed.

Roycroft Tall Magazine Stand
This reproduction peace of Roycroft furniture is made from 25 board feet of solid oak stock and features through tenons and locking keys.

Padauk Sculpted Box
I have been building sculpted boxes and recently built this one that almost seems to glow in the dark. The bright orange color is Padauk.

Hobby Horse
I found the plans for these hobby horses in Handyman magazine back in the nineteen eighties, but never got around to building one for my son.

Scratch Wood Guitar
Guitar built from scratch for my brother’s 50th birthday. Body is made from maple, wenge, bubinga and purpleheart.

Segmented Vase and Cedar Box
First item is a segmented vase with 399 pieces of wood glued and turned. White Oak, red oak, maple, and walnut.

Toy Bulldozer and Clock
The toy bulldozer was built out of Oak and Walnut. The blade moves up and down along with the wheels that roll when you push it.

Wooden Stairway
We remodeled our family room in the lower level which has steps going down from the main level. I made my own step plates out of 5/8 saw mill cut oak boards.

Squirrel Condo
This squirrel condo has a small interior platform used to gain access between the main house on top and the large nest box at the bottom.

Ash Keepsake Box
This is another keepsake box. The wood is white ash. The dovetails are hand cut. These are the first dovetails that I cut using my Japanese dovetail saw.

Carpenter’s Tool Chest
My Great Grandfather was a finish carpenter for a company that made huge riverboats. He specialty was doing the fine trim work in the Captain’s quarters.

This is the Walnut Jewelry Chest I made last spring for my wife. I particularly liked the book matched panels on the door.
