Carved Picture Frame
For your consideration a carved frame project to celebrate the Tug Yacht Saint Brendan carved in poplar and white oak.

Attache Cabinet
The attache cabinet was made for my cousin. She wanted additional cabinet space for large appliances, can goods and cereal. I stained it to match her existing cabinets.

Here is a plane I built for my grandson. It is made of Zebra, Walnut, Maple, Wenge, Oak, and Bloodwood.

Civil War Folding Table
I saw this in your October 2013 issue and had to build it. The table is red oak with a Watco medium walnut, oil finish protected by a paste furniture wax.

Jeweler’s Bench
A jewelers bench, something I really needed. The first picture is the completed desk, the second is the desk loaded and ready for work.

Mixed Wood Bowl
Here is a bowl I made using cherry, zebrawood, purpleheart, redheart and maple. The bowl is 6″ high and 11″ in diameter.

Nightstand Tables
I just finished two night stand tables made from knotty hickory and Peruvian walnut for a lady and had wood left over, so made another one but with knotty alder for the drawer.

Pendulum Clock
Here is a clock I made for my brother’s 50th Birthday (he turned 55 this past November). Better late than never?

Maple and Walnut Rocking Horse
I made this rocking horse for our son. I had purchased the plan years before he was born, both because I liked the design and because I thought it would be fun to make someday.

Panelled Bar
Being that this is the biggest project I have ever done and that I am a beginner at woodworking, I am very proud of how it all turned out.

Chair and Footstool Set
This is all quartersawn white oak. I made the arms by resawing boards to 3/8″ thickness, then gluing and clamping three pieces together on a form.

Walnut Blanket Chest
This is a blanket chest I made as a wedding present for a friend of mine. Black walnut lined with red cedar and then stained and lacquered.

Home Computer Desk
This is a computer desk for my son. It was my third project, and it took me a lot of time but I’m very happy with the result.

Cavalry Sabers
These are light cavalry sabers, circa 1858, that were made on a ‘dare’ from my wife and a challenge to me from me.

Country School Table and Chairs Set
This is a solid maple table I built for my granddaughters for Christmas. The chairs came from my son-in-law’s grandmothers estate.
