This guy has a PC router, a Freud 45 degree bit and wants advice for making a lot of 1/8″ chamfer cuts on poplar.
Michael Dresdner: Chamfers are one of the easiest cuts on the router, and rarely give us any problems here at the school. Keep an eye on the feed rate and try to run downstream (not against the grain.) I presume he has a bearing on the bit — set it once for depth and go to town.
